Experience

I have 20 years experience as a consultant, facilitator and executive coach working with leaders and leadership teams. I have worked on strategy, policy and program development, organisational structure, process and capability development, organisational and sectoral change leadership and management and inter-organisational collaboration and partnering.

I am a skilled and creative problem-solver with the capacity to engage people at all levels. I facilitate the implementation of practical, forward-looking strategies and solutions. I have practical experience of the dilemmas and complexities facing contemporary leaders and organisations and particular experience of working in complex, volatile and politically sensitive environments.

My work is informed by over 25 years experience as an educator, senior manager and senior executive in the education and training sector.
