About Me
I have more than 15 years experience as a consultant, facilitator and executive coach working with public sector and not-for-profit organisations, leaders and teams. My work has encompassed strategy, policy and program development, organisational structure, process and capability development, organisational and sectoral change leadership and management and inter-organisational collaboration and partnering.
I am a skilled and creative problem-solver with the capacity to engage people at all levels and to facilitate the identification and implementation of practical, forward-looking strategies and solutions. I have practical experience of the dilemmas and complexities facing public and not-for-profit leaders and organisations and particular experience of working in complex, volatile and politically sensitive environments.
My consulting work is informed by over 25 years experience as an educator, senior manager and senior executive in the education and training sector.
